I have been sent a photo (sorry I cannot share it) of a pink looking Early Eurostar stock sat in Worksop.
It appears to have some white writing on the side (Unreadable) amd a round window (?) above the windscreen.

Can anyone ID it and give me any info on it.

I suspect that'll be the 'Brumstar' Power car from set 3102, that was painted pink following withdrawal in 2017 for installation in the new National College for High Speed Rail campus in Birmingham: Power car 3101 was painted aquamarine and similarly installed in the Doncaster campus.
With the support of Alstom and Eurostar, two Eurostar power cars are donated to the National College for High Speed Rail (NCHSR). The college has two campuses, one in Doncaster and one in Birmingham. At both locations now a ‘classic’ Class 373 ‘Trans-Manche Super Train’ (TMST) is on display. Meet #Donnystar (aqua/yellow) and #Brumstar (pink/yellow).

Following Eurostar’s decision to retire some of these hard-working vehicles, two of the power cars were given to the National College for High Speed Rail. The two cars were fully refurbished by Alstom. The power cars are the first and last carriages in the Eurostar. They are the instantly recognisable ‘nose’ and ‘tail’ of the train that ran between Paris, Brussels and London.

The National College for High Speed Rail provides young people with the specialist training, skills and qualifications that are required to build HS2 and future rail projects. The donation gives the students at the college, who are set to play a pivotal role in the development of HS2, the vital chance to study, in-depth, existing high-speed technology.

I think the power car was moved out of the campus after the HSR college shut down in 2021 due to lack of applications, possibly while some refurbishment work takes place on the building.
The troubled National College of High Speed Rail has been formally shut down, four years after it was opened.

The college opened two sites, one in Doncaster and the other in Birmingham, which were meant to cater for 1,600 students each. However despite the ambitions to train a new generation of engineers, the college had only 47 learners on its books across both Doncaster and Birmingham sites by the start of the 2017/18 academic year. This increased to 93 students in February 2018 but fell back to 89 by July 2018.

In March 2019 it changed its name to the National College for Advanced Transport and Infrastructure (NCATI).

In February last year, the college was found to be “financially inadequate” by the Further Education Commissioner (FEC). An independent assessment had “raised serious concerns about the financial viability and long-term sustainability” of the college.

A new training facility will now be launched at the site under the management of the University of Birmingham, but retain the NCATI name. It will focus on the rail sector and will help address the sector’s skills shortage, particularly in the Midlands and North, according to the university.

I went to the Birmingham college for a year during the pandemic and I didn't enjoy it at all. A mixture of online and face to face classes. The course I did was really hard as well. I really did struggle. The power car it empty and was made into a classroom type area. These days it;s at worksop doing nothing for potentially spare parts for other power cars. the front window is a fake because they needed the real thing as a replacement for one of the powercars that was in use at the time. Not a great college in my experience. Staff were alright though.

Some point I imagine yes. Shame really because it was good to have it at the college in Birmingham. There for educational purposes as well as looking good at the same time.
