Eurostar FIP

Hi all,

I bought some tickets from London to Paris just over 2 years ago through Virgin Tribe (a perk of Virgin Trains at the time). Each ticket was £29 one way at the time, so when covid hit I was given 4 separate e vouchers for £29 each.
Now Virgin Trains is no longer I want to get FIP tickets instead, but was wondering if I can get these from the ticket office at St Pancras/or over the phone and use the e vouchers as payment? Otherwise the whole point of the discounted travel won’t be relevant! Thanks in advance all

By whom were the e-vouchers issued? Are they even still in-date?

Yes still in date and issues by Eurostar via email.
