Eurostar ex staff tickets

My uncle is protected ex Eurostar staff & he receives around 8 return tickets from them a year but rarely ever uses any. Does anyone know if someone else is able to use them & do they have his name printed on them? He's away so I can't get hold of him at the moment & I've also never seen one up close. Thanks in advance.
