Hello all

I was travelling "Any Belgium Station" to London St Pancras and was delayed by more than 60 minutes.

Eurostar has refunded me the 25% based on a Brussels-London ticket price rather than the (Any Belgium Station) price I actually paid.

I appreciate it's not a big difference, but are they correct?

Were you delayed on the purely Belgian leg or just the Eurostar leg?

Yes, Eurostar only pays based on the leg of travel on which the delay was incurred.

Delayed just from Brussels to London - the train was late arriving from Amsterdam, so it left Brussels nearly 1hr late I think. But my journey on that ticket started at Arlon, with a change at Brussels.

Thanks. It's only a few pounds difference, but thought I'd ask the experts (more out of curiosity than anything else). ;)

Which I believe is non compliant with PRO, but I'm sure Eurostar, as most operators, doesn't listen to it.
