Is there any way to buy Eurostar connection tickets (i.e. from a UK station to London to connect with a Eurostar) online? Is there a magic three-letter code? Or does one have to go to a booking office?

I don't think they can be issued online. They can be issued at booking offices or over the phone (code is LOE, I think).

Your best bet is to book by phone with Eurostar (01233 617913), they've always been very helpful for me and you should get your tickets by post within a couple of days or so.

The ticket should be purchased to "LONDON INTL(CIV)" (code is LNE). I don't believe there are any websites selling this fare, however they can be issued at any station or by Eurostar over the phone.

Alternatively, Eurostar can include this if the whole lot (domestic + Eurostar) is all bought online. However, this is only available from a limited number of stations.
