Eurostar Airline Crew Rate

Hi. An airline colleague of mine told me there is a special airline crew rate on the Eurostar. At the time I never really thought about it but now I'm thinking of a trip to Paris and I've always fancied trying eurostar I'm wondering if anyone on here knows anything about it?
