I hope it is alright to start a general thread on news about changes/improvements to European timetables in 2027 (not precluding specific threads for individual services of course).
First two:
1. SNCF, SNCB and SBB have announced that they will run a trial weekend Brussels - Strasbourg - Basel TGV service by extending one train pair a day from Strasbourg to Basel from July 2027. According to https://news.sbb.ch/de/019e9720-8be...est-neue-verbindung-basel-strassburg-bruessel (in German), there will be a good connection to London at Lille UK-bound, but none in the other direction.
2. Provided the ETR410 get approved in time, there will be a daily Frecciarossa train pair between Rome and Munich as well as Milan and Munich, run by TI in cooperation with ÖBB and DB (https://www.deutschebahn.com/de/pre...und-Rom-mit-neuen-Direktverbindungen-13378658).

According to the Czech timetable draft (https://www.spravazeleznic.cz/cestujici/jizdni-rad/navrh-jizdniho-radu-na-rok-2027), there will be an additional Wien - Warszawa EC, closing the remaining Takt gap.
And an additional RJ Wien - Berlin.
The NJ Berlin - Graz will no longer reach Graz, but end at Wien Westbhf.
Obviously, all still at the draft stage.
