I doubt that there'll be many people here with much knowledge on your exact question though. So I'm not sure you'll get much information.
Especially, since you've made the question very broad. Maybe some more sub-questions can be answered, and for the unanswered ones, you'd have to try and find information elsewhere.

Check the transport arrangements in the UAE.
Check what deductions can be made from your salary for any reason.
Check the shift pattern.

It's UAE not Saudi. Alcohol is not illegal, they have licensed bars there. And Etihad Airline gives free booze on flights

Very much doubt they will be recruiting trainees. The way they work over there for most industries is import experience from overseas. I would also like to know what they pay though if anyone knows?

The rumour I heard was £49k. Three year contract and no flights home.
