Error in GWR cross London flow routeing

Given the success in fixing this issue, is there any avenue by which the Project Oval fares priced by GWR routed via London from cluster QV08 (Reigate) to clusters QV14 / QV15 (Twyford to Henley-on-Thames) could be corrected to have a cross-London indicator.

My attempt to raise a query via GWR customer services got an irrelevant response about train planning.

There's definitely some interesting pricing with that flow, if I was going via London I'd hesitate before bringing it to their attention.

With customer services sometimes it's best to signpost them to the department that needs to deal with it, i.e. retail management. Queries that are of a very technical nature can easily get lost.

It is just Project Oval single leg pricing. The fares in the opposite direction have the cross London marker.
