Nice to see the AWS sunflower and other vital gear is nicely hidden away behind the brake (?)

Maybe its just the picture but it looks a very unnatural and quite straining position for freight drivers!

what a poor excuse for a cab, first of all the controls need to be bedide the drivers, not in front of them, this would be annoying for a local train, this would be used for long distance freight, it would be torture, then the AWS sunflower needs to be somewhere visible, putting it there was an afterthought, it should have been way above there where the driver can see it. now the window, in the comments of that picture it said that it opens the wrong way causing the driver to need to bend over the control desk to see it, this would be so annoying, these powerhaul locos will cause a strike (or at least a drivers revolt), just watch

To be fair, the AWS display is more in the drivers eyeline than the 66...

But then alot of things are the wrong way round on the 66 as they are designed as right hand drive but obviously modified to left hand drive for the UK market.

I mean ive been in 37 cabs and they are just plain hard to see out of becasue of the bonnet, in this case there not so bad to see out of front wise...side wise no...but theyve just almost hidden the safety systems...

So how long will it also be before we see Spad at so and so...Loco...Class 70

As has already been pointed out, it is more visible than in some other locos.

And you have also yourself just said it is easier to see out of the front than of some other locos.

So it sounds like you are complaining without substance?
