First ordered 60 and these were all used initially for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Then 18 went to Leeds for route 49, 27 to Manchester Rusholme for parts of routes 41 and 42, and I believe the other 15 to Sheffield.

"First staff have been travelling on bus route 49 in Leeds this week to celebrate the introduction of brand new, state-of-the-art buses between Bramley and Monkswood Gate.
The eighteen double deck buses, which provide the latest in luxury interiors, low engine emissions and Wi-Fi, now operate on frequent service 49 between Bramley and Monkswood Gate (Seacroft) via Eastgate, St. James' Hospital and Harehills.
The £3.5m investment in these ADL Enviro 400 buses also deliver lower emissions with EU approved Euro V engines that significantly reduce the level of carbon emissions and lower the impact of public transport on the environment.
The vehicle interiors have been designed to make the bus journey as relaxing and convenient as possible with features such as increased legroom, leather seats and free Wi-Fi. The new buses are user friendly too with low floor access for all passengers - in particular making it easier for parents with pushchairs, wheelchair users and the elderly to get on and off the bus.
To help celebrate this improvement for customers, staff from First have been travelling on the route to promote the new service including the free Wi-Fi on board, and giving out complimentary day-tickets and route information.
Bob Dorr, First's business manager for Leeds, said: "These new buses offer the latest in comfort and convenience for our customers and with low fares and a service every 10 minutes Monday to Saturday daytime, provide a real alternative to the car."

Although I wouldn't like to be a passenger that has to sit in that strangely positioned seat behind the driver that ADL have put in on them all though.
It looks very uncomfortable and the window doesn't give you the best view out of it either seeing as it's so small...

I love the Enviro 400. I wish more of First's departments had them, not just Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield and Glasgow! I think Bristol and H & D could do with some!

They also have them in Cornwall and in Norfolk as do Hants & Dorset, so not just the ones you mention. As has been said before, Bristol will undoubtedly get some in due course (probably next year?) though not so certain about Hants & Dorset getting more
