You never taught me any of those ones, and I don't remember coming across them in your glovebox rulebooks. So yeah, don't look at me, right? ;)

Although that said, TVP = Thames Valley Police. You cannot deny that :p

Could TRK IND possibly be some sort of Track Indicator :?:

Incorrect answers in bold. I'm surprised you got ARM, though.
Everyone else wrong

Well, my source material for CAC says it stands for the Contractor's Assurance Case. This same source states TVP is a Track Visitors Permit.

Hmmm...Let's see if I can get a few of these right. They're mainly "educated" guesses though... ;)<D

CAC = Corrective Action Contractor, or Caution Advisory Computer (Best matches),
BSE = Bridge and Structural Engineer, or Building Services Equipment,
RSA = Railway Signal/Supply/Study Association,
TRK IND = Track Current Indicator Device? (A.K.A. TCID; Used mainly on LuL),
CoSS = Controller of Site Safety (Train) - Emphesis on the "Train" part,
AP OLE/AC-i = Approved Person, Overhead Line Electrification/Alternating Current-installations.

Bottom one is correct
COSS is right, but what does the 'T' stand for?
