Engineer works on the HML December 2nd and 3rd

there seems to be some engineer works on the HML near Inverness. On rail record I see that there is 3 civil engineer trains two of which are freightliner while the other one is GBRF, along with some track machines. Does anyone know anymore info on what they are doing?
