Can someone confirm the permitted routes for a season ticket from Enfield Chase/Town - Elephant & Castle route:not underground.

The ticket is obviously valid into Kings Cross and then via the Thameslink core from St Pancras.

Am I allowed to travel via Moorgate or from Enfield Town to Liverpool Street and make my own way across London to connect with a service to Elephant?

It looks like it would be simipler and cheaper to acquire an oyster card and use a monthly travelcard for zones 2-6 which would include Enfield's stations and the Elephant & Castle station at the other end.

Then you could use all tram, rail, underground and overground services to get to and from your departure and arrival point.

Apart from any rail/overground or underground services in Zone 1, obviously. Which may be why Hadders is asking about the 'Not Underground' ticket.

Moorgate should be okay (by rail), however I would suggest that you may encounter some staff who disagree. There are some quite big grey areas with routeing on 'not underground' (and TOC specific) tickets.

It's not cheaper unless the op wants to use the Underground and it's not simpler as they'd have to keep their Payg balance topped up for travel across zone 1.
