Has anyone had experience of dealing with the Chartered institute of railway operators before?
I've done a train driver apprenticeship and I'm out driving as a Post qual. driver.
I've had to do another assesment with CIRO despite passing the company's.
In my experience I've found them to give quite nebulous, non specific questions and be in a hurry to get you to answer.
I'm not here to spew sour grapes but I genuinely have reservations about the legitimacy of their assesments.
Does anyone else have similar experiences?
