Interesting snippet: Amtrak's Silver Star (New York-Miami) does an unusual (for us in the UK) 3-mile propel move to go into Tampa station, which is a terminus. The train is reversed at the Neve Wye, with the conductor standing at the open vestibule end with a walkie talkie to the loco crew while the train is propelled into Tampa station.
