EMT - Retail Assistant Assessment Day

Hello everyone,

I applied for a Retail Assistant role with East Midlands Trains at one of its local stations and I have been invited to attend an assessment day in over a weeks time. I am enquiring to find out what happens on a normal assessment day with East Midlands Trains. From reading the invitation email, there will definitely be a mixture of solo and group activities that will take place.
