Customers with tickets for travel on Wednesday 1 or Thursday 2 December 2010 who choose not to travel may travel on any day until Thursday 9 December 2010. Alternatively, East Midlands Trains will refund tickets where services have been cancelled. Customers should apply to the point where they bought their tickets.

For customers who have purchased online at eastmidlandstrains.co.uk please write to the following address to obtain a refund.

East Midlands Trains
Edinburgh
PO Box 23972
EH3 5DA

For customers who have purchased tickets at another website please visit that site for their refund details.

Shouldn't it be up to EMT to pay out under delay repay for cancelled services opposed to asking the provider who will deduct an administration charge?

Will they? They'd better not do! If the train is cancelled you are entitled to a refund.
