EMT Lincoln routes and depot

Good morning all.
I have been shortlisted for a driver role at Lincoln depot and just wanted some more information on the depot.
Does anyone on here work there? How many drivers are based out of the depot? Route's? Salary? What traction do you drive? Roster patterns etc...

Lincoln - Doncaster

Nottingham - Worksop
Nottingham - Skegness (via Grantham, possibly via Allington)

Not sure about diversions
