EMT (ex Grand Central) Mk3 stock

I notice there were specific diagrams for the EMT (ex-Grand Central) HST stock. Can anyone confirm whether they have changed since the new December timetable. I'm off to London for a few days and looking for 41207/08 & 09.

They haven't changed - the only one that is a bit hit and miss is the 1945 Nottingham to London which on occasion will be worked by the 8 car HST that arrives from London rather than going out ECS.
