EMT Depot Driver Talent Pool

Hi there, I'm a long time lurker on here.

Does anyone on here know when they next intake might be? I know there's a course just finishing now?

I would ask EMT HR, but they seem a little busy and understandably, don't necessarily reply.

not sure how long they keep their talent pools, but from my previous experience in the past EMT's HR are pretty good at responding usually

Spoke to a EMT driver manager a few months ago who said the planned February course would empty the talent pool. Not sure how true that is. Emt do suffer from churn of drivers to other TOC's due to being a lower paying TOC, and this sees depot drivers promoted regularly, but equally they have taken on a few redundant freight drivers recently.
