EMT Customer Service Executive

Morning all,

EMT are advertising for a new talent pool for customer service executives. I'm currently in a role that involves customer service, but doesn't have much scope for progression, so I'm quite interested in applying for this role. Has anyone else gone through the application process for this sort of role, if so, what's it like?
The other question I have: what is a typical salary for this role? The advert just says 'competitive' salary.....

Can’t advise on specifics of the role, but from what I’ve seen, these jobs (Customer Exec, Customer Ambassador etc), usually attract a salary of between £21 and £23k give or take.
