Has EMT started the refurbishment..
Power sockets, new toilets and PIS were mentioned which is why a SWT 158 is on loan?

158 on loan to work improved Lincoln services. You reported this yourself at the time it became known.

Yes but I remember someone saying it was also for a refurbishment of the existing 158s

They were done not so many years ago, but very short sightedly because changes to doors, toilets and fitment of PIS will have to be done soon anyway. Sockets at the least are very desirable and the ATW ones did get those as well as PIS.
