Again, how is that a breach of the actual franchise contract?

Those are just three isolated anecdotal incidents.

Not anecdotal i have letters from EMT apologising for the co-k ups.

The service from Norwich very often gets cancelled at short notice if this is not a breach of services i do not know what is.

If they cannot run it they should not bid for it.

Even this weekend there are cancellations isolated i wish they were.

That doesn't actually answer my question...

It may not but i have taken up the very poor Norwich to Liverpool service up with my MP who is contacting the regulator on my behalf will keep you updated.

With plenty of examples.

Today there were some rejigs of staff and stock due to the I going industrial dispute, some Matlock and Crewe stints got cancelled. Kudos to EMT for trying their best to keep people on the move no matter what happened with staff and unions.

The conducted on my short form unit to derby from Suffield had no avantix machine at all. The company found him available and got him to work that train without revenue protection as such. If EMT loved money that much, they wouldn't have run that train.

glad.they kept people on the move. Just goes to show that they can be a decent operator.

Sometimes I wonder what all the fuss is about.

Duffield or Sheffield, if Duffield some services seem to be booked for 1 coach on Saturdays.
They definitely can be a decent operator, but there are certainly dodgy staff as well as very good ones! last week when i was given a ticket in 2 pieces, the member of platform staff who I asked what to do, asked (2/3 hours later) if I had got back in alright and barrier staff let me keep the inward ticket and let me through on the return (the mag strip was in 2 pieces).
