So this morning at around 0730 a person was sadly hit by a train near Leicester. The line reopened after a few hours.
I've just gone to get a train to work at 1600, to find out although trains are running and on time EMT are not calling at Bedford or luton/Luton airport parkway due to service disruption. Trains heading north are arriving at Wellingborough 6 early and waiting for the booked departure time, same with southbound trains. Are they allowed to just cut station calls on on-time trains. And if so what is the justification in doing so.
