Hi,

I have a video interview for EMR as Train Manager…

Has anyone done one recently- any tips would be greatly received!!

Don't worry too much about it. The questions vary each time and you do have some thinking time for each answer. It's really getting fo know you a bit more so don't stress too much.

If you make the next stage then think about your answers by using the STAR method. There are lots of hints and tips on the EMR recruitment site.
