EMR Shortages 23/11/19

Have EMR got a lot of stock unavailable today - 23/11/19?

The 153 I was on from Derby this morning was full and standing for most of the route and checking the EMR app through out the day, there seemed a lot of short formed services on most routes.

Does anyone know what the reason(s) are for the short formed services today?
