I need to make a claim with EMR for DR, but their online form doesn't provide an option for having used contactless as the ticket type. I've messaged them through their website to find out how to proceed but after two weeks still not had a response. Any thoughts on how to proceed?

I'd say you used a paper ticket and upload a copy of the contactless journey history.

Pretty poor from EMR, though.

They seem “reasonable” at passing on claims to manual review which is quite rare nowadays. So whilst it seems counter intuitive, the advice from Hadders above is likely to work quite well, even if it just starts the discussion.

EMR do have a Contactless option. When selected you are asked to upload a copy of your contactless statement showing the journey.
