EMR Conductor Assessment Day

Hi all,

I've been invited to the assessment day this Friday for the senior conductor role in Derby with EMR. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on what kind of questions to expect if I get through to the interview stage? Want to be best prepared for this as possible.
