EMR Class 222 refurbishment

Hello everyone. I can't see a thread on refurbished EMR Class 222's so I thought I'd start one.

I was looking at interior pictures on flickr of the Meridian trains and found that they're being refurbished as I've seen pictures of the new maroon / purple seats.

Only negative comment is I've noticed the First Class seats look practically the same as the Standard ones.

Can you post a link - they had purple interiors when they were first put in service.

I do apologise - I promise it wasn't a deliberate April Fools joke. I had another look and it looks like the interior picture / pictures are when they were in their Midland Mainline careers in May 2004.
