Oh yes certainly if they have no evidence, there's nothing to pursue. I was mainly referring to when an innocent person is mixed up and sent a threatening email and does reply. Though, we have yet to see an innocent person get one of these data analysis fishing emails (unless there has been one that I've not read).

It's definitely that, because we've seen on the forum a number of people changing their buying habits because of the email, even if they have chosen not to respond. Even that is a win for WMR.
