hi guys, passed my assessment day with nexa at nexa academy stratford, :D now got the structured interview before final interview with depot line manager.....anyone have any tips for the structured interview stage, and also anyone work on the nexa east anglia line from chingford.any help or comments would be hugely appriciated.thanks again.newbie. :|

Hi everyone

I was hopeing someone could help me, i applied for a trainee train driver job with south west trains a few mounts ago and i just received a letter from them asking me to attend a assessment which is great but i don’t know what to do so i was hopeing someone could help me with some advice. If someone has done the assessment before please let me know how your day went and what kind of questions you where asked plus what the tests where like and some advice.

Thanksfor your help guys the infomation you have provided is very helpfull,just wanted to ask if the questions are asked verbally or written down and you put your answeres on the paper and they ask you to expand,or they just ask you......but again many thanks for your help and time.

You write down your examples and then they'll ask you about them in the interview.
