Just the end carriages as far as im aware.Is the livery applied to the entire train? That'd be cool.
I read the two top colors as the bi flag, though the colors are a little off and it's missing the middle purple.Or maybe a Philadelphia under half a trans with two random colours above it…?

Isn't this more inclusive than just using the flag. It is about inclusion of everyone including race, ethnicity and disability.And yet it’s not actually any form of pride flag, merely a concatenation of their line colours
