Elizabeth Line - Friday 19th August

According to the TfL website, the Elizabeth Line will be running on Friday 19th. Is this correct? And if so, would I be able to travel on it from Liverpool Street to Farringdon?

It is running but there may be disruption because of strike days either side.

OK... silly question, but if the Underground station is closed, how would I be able to access the Elizabeth Line at Liverpool Street?

There is an entrance near Broad Street which is a direct Elizabeth Line entrance.
