Electric Class 43

Hello all

A few years back I remember coming across a site with references to a proposed Electric Version BR Class 43 with a designers rough sketch. I cant seem to find it now. It isnt the Electric Class 43 featured here http://www.fictitiousliveries.co.uk/photo.php?88001_ic.jpg The drawing im thinking of was in BR Blue & Grey. Has any seen it or remember seeing it?

It shares an almost passing resemblance to the APT-P with the headlight clusters rearranged like that. It would of made for a handsome electric powercar indeed.
