Looks like quite a serious incident, so expect the tram line will be closed for a few more days while they investigate and stabilise the building.

Its unfortunate timing for me as I have an Edinburgh trip booked for tomorrow specifically for the trams.

If the Union St fire in Glasgow and the fallout there-of is anything to go by, expect that to be extended into September at least.

None, the fire occured overnight when all the trams were at the depot. No trams stable overnight in Leith as there isn't any secure place to stable them they all go to Gogar.
