I'm travelling from Edinburgh to Salisbury next Monday (8th February). I've already bought my ticket, its and Advance Single for the whole route (EDB - Kings Cross, tube to Waterloo, train to Salisbury) and cost £33.35 with railcard discount.
My question is, do I need to get a specific SWT train from Waterloo? The one in my itinerary (and also on my ticket as its in the new style) is the 14.50 from Waterloo, but if I wanted to spend an hour or two in London would that also be acceptable?
A second question is that I'm getting a train from Salisbury to Southampton Airport Parkway the following day (9th February). As far as I can see the only fare available is an anytime single, am I right in thinking I can get off at Southampton Central, stay there for a few hours and then continue my journey to the airport on the same ticket?
Thanks for your help!

it is simply that it is listed on the ticket as a booked train.
