After a bit of help please.....

Planning on a few days in Scotland next week....

Are there any Day Rovers etc...that cover the Edinburgh area, up to Dunfermline, across to Bathgate and so on ??

Can't see any but sometimes there are "hidden gems"

Thanks in advance

I am not aware of any Day Rangers for the area you describe

Personally, I can't see the point of one existing. The network around Edinburgh is a bit limited to justify one, really.

I agree with Mojo and would suggest the Central Scotland Rover would be the best bet, but you may be better off just using singles or returns depending on what you're actually planing on doing.

CSR is subject to usual child and railcard discounts. Given the cost of an Edinburgh - Glasgow return, it makes it a viable option for travel outside of Edinburgh. Unless you are making a lot of journeys, it seems unlikely that you'll get your money's worth - especially in a day.
