A trespass incident has been ongoing at Outwood for most of the afternoon, with major disruption now expected until 20:00. Looks like LNER is diverting where possible, but there's lots of delays and cancellations. I wonder if it's an attempted cable theft too.

My wife as affected by this (seems to have been around 15:50 when it started) as she was returning from Leeds. As far as I am aware it was a vulnerable person. Looks like services may now be returning to normal.

Line re-opened 1835.

Some Leeds services diverted to / from York while it was going on.
