Not a good night at all
It was thought a set brought down the wires, on inspection it was found that the set had not brought the wires down but a large metal cable was seen hanging from the overheads at the feeder station near Marshall Meadows.
That observation was correct. Single line working between Berwick and Grantshouse/Reston.
The reason behind the hanging cable still seems unknown as the set in question had no damage.
There was also the usual common gripes with how things were/are being handled.
