ECML from December 13th?

With the new table 26 now avalable on PDF format does anyone know if this is going to stay as it is or is the recently published list of new times on Rail-reg-gov for Table 26 going to be used. For example with the new Kings X-York HST stoppers?

I think it'll take a few more months yet for the new enhanced ECML timetable to be implemented! Maybe by the May 2010 change?

As I read the Rail Regulator timetable this is the draft December 2010 t/t. There are a number of steps to be followed before it is confirmed, not least the issue of EC Glasgow trains. No doubt there will be representations by all of the TOCs, Regional Agencies (plus Scottish Government), local authorities etc.

The Dec 2009 timetable (which only has a few changes from the current one) is likely to run until December 2010, as far as I can see.

I could, of course be qiuite wrong, but the railway industry doesn't move fast enough for the recast t/t to come in in May 2010.
