ECML disruption - Potters Bar

ECML currently blocked at Potters Bar. all services diverted via Hertford at the moment.

Cancellations to services between Brookmans Park and Hadley Wood
Due to emergency services dealing with an incident between Brookmans Park and Hadley Wood all northbound & southbound lines are blocked.
Impact:
Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 mins or revised. All stations between New Barnet and Knebworth will not be served. Disruption is expected until 19:00 22/12.
Customer Advice:
Abellio Greater Anglia, London Underground and Virgin Trains East Coast are conveying passengers via any reasonable route until further notice. Arrangements have been made for Govia Thameslink Railway rail tickets to be accepted for these journeys.
TfL London Bus are conveying passengers via any reasonable route until further notice. Arrangements have been made for Govia Thameslink Railway rail tickets to be accepted for these journeys.
Thameslink are conveying passengers via any reasonable route until further notice. Arrangements have been made for Govia Thameslink Railway rail tickets to be accepted for these journeys. Any passenger using Thameslink: please be advised cross route buses are not in place.
Metroline (route 84 between New Barnet, Potters Bar & St Albans) bus and Metroline (route 242 between Potters Bar & Cuffley) bus are conveying passengers via any reasonable route until further notice.

An unfortunate incident indeed, however it seemed quick work in getting trains transferred to the Hertford loop.

Terrible for the new starter working on the platform at the time and all involved.
