Morning,

I’m doing the PF Landcruise this weekend, so need to park at Eastleigh Station from 0500 Friday until 0100 Tuesday.

Details of the station parking online are somewhat inconsistent depending on where you look, especially for bank holiday charges.

Please could somebody shed some light or recommend another location nearby that may be suitable?

Many Thanks!

I just checked the RINGO desktop site, (which allows you to check fees in advance), and it quoted £12.00. Start Fri morning, duration four days. That’s 4 x £3.00, so same fee on Bank holiday as Sat or Sun.

Many thanks!

The annoying thing is, they only do day rate parking so for the 0001-0100 I need on the Tuesday morning, I’d have to pay £9.40 for the privilege. Grrr

You don’t have to pay for that hour on Tuesday morning, that would be covered by Monday’s payment. The apparent midnight end time of the parking day is not enforced, it’s a limitation of RINGO’s systems.

We’ve had a previous thread about this somewhere fairly recently.
