I assume you mean it's so knackered they couldn't get the engine to start so they had to go to the sound effects libraryBecause it's an ex First London Enviro![]()
Having seen films and TV shows with British Rail double arrows on wartime trains and British Railways branding on a journey in the 1890s I think that these sound effects come pretty low on the list of bloopers.
They could have borrowed an RT from Ensignbus 'down the road' and seen whether Sir Cliff might come out of retirement.
well that would put Eastenders out of it's misery at least...
Was watching Foyle's War the other night and saw a Routemaster in 1940's London!
London Transport was always ahead of their time.![]()

It's more that tiny little details like that don't matter to the production.Thats because the so called programme researchers, think they know it all and are too lazy to do any research.
