Depot Driver vacancies only. Trainee Mainline Drivers are recruited solely from the Depot Driver grade.
Thats an unusual way of doing it!
Yeah the only way EMT recruit that I've seen is by taking in already qualified drivers or taking them from the depots
I think over the last 3 years they've recruited for depot drivers twice but I think it's rare as after each recruitment they keep any excess applicants (people who are good enough but there aren't enough positions) in a talent pool which probably keeps them going long enough so they don't need to externally advertise and put everyone through all the long and costly assessments
Last time they recruited was around this time last year

Any other Companies have depots within reasonable commuting distance of you or any of your relatives addresses?
Exactly the same as what Greater Anglia do on GEML.
