East Midlands Trains Video Interview

Hi All,
I have been invited to a video interview for Senior Conductor and Customer Service talent pool as anyone be through this process before and if so any advice would be grateful.
What type of questions are they likely to ask? I am guessing they may be scenario based ones.
Also there is no mention of starting salaries for customer service positions, does anybody know what they are?
