East Midlands Trains - STP to Nottingham slow

Does anyone know what the coach allocation is for the Meridian stopping service in the day during the week e.g. is it 5 car or 7 car?

I went on a stopping on Wed and Fri last week and they were both 5 car

Some are 4 car (222/1), others are 5 car. Although passenger loadings would probably justify a 7 car most of the day.

Off peak the majority are 5, and I think from the 1630 they become 10

The 7 cars sets tend to be on the Sheffield fasts. Everything else is 4s and 5s, some of them doubled up at peak hours.
