East Midlands Trains Depot Drivers?

To the contrary of the above ... EMT are advertising internally for Trainee Mainline Drivers.

In the advert it states

"The ideal applicant will be motivated and responsible and be able to demonstrate: Currently working as a depot driver for East Midlands Trains"

I assume this means depot drivers moving to mainline will enable them to start reducing the talent pool?

Are there any EMT guys on here who know how many vacancies there are in the Mainline links at Notts/derby at the momenT and therefore roughly how many depot drivers will get promoted?
