Trying to find out what has happened to this, a few people think it will never happen. But do we know when the consultation for the EMR Dec 2021 (as was) will happen?
I know we still haven’t got the delayed 2020 in working, but some useful improvements in Lincolnshire were expected.
Hourly Grimsby - Lincoln
Hourly Lincoln - Doncaster.
Clock face Lincoln - Peterborough.
with the current lack of money these improvements won’t be a priority but it would be good to see these routes have a service that people want to use (as it is frequent without big gaps). I understand this recast must be done at the same time as the ECML re-write (which is also in the long grass).
any idea if this is a franchise commitment quietly dropped?
