Can you elaborate - Are you referring to the dining trains or elsewhere?

The Lancastrian Lunch, Red Rose etc dining trains are catered by Percivals the Caterers, Unit 4, Jubilee Works, Vale
Street, Bolton BL2 6QF (from leaflet)
